Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are a for general & cosmetic private practice office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations of our dental practice. This role requires proficiency in handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
Perform insurance verification and assist patients with understanding their coverage.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Meditech.
Handle medical collections and follow up on outstanding accounts as necessary.
Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Skills
Proficiency in dental office software (Dentrix) is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Experience in insurance verification and medical collections is a plus.
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is requirement.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
