Have experience in dental front office operations, including scheduling and insurance claims.

Your Role
Youââ¬â¢ll play an essential part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional service to our patients. Key responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to patients.
Scheduling appointments to maximize efficiency and meet patient needs.
Processing insurance claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collecting payments and assisting patients with billing inquiries.
Supporting the team with any additional administrative needs.
