Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to patients, and supporting the clinical team. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments efficiently while managing the clinic's calendar.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software.
Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
Assist in managing patient flow to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions using medical terminology effectively.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft software is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology and imaging techniques is beneficial.
Experience in pediatrics or pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Proficiency in using 3D scanners for dental imaging is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
