Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dental practice as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. The Dental Treatment Coordinator will work with patients and dental staff to ensure smooth and efficient dental care delivery.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for dental procedures.
Assist patients in understanding their dental insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient treatment plans and progress notes.
Communicate with patients about treatment options and answer questions about procedures.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
Willing to train the right person
Preferably 2 years experience
