Job Description

Our patient focused, privately owned, two doctor periodontal office is looking to add a full time dental hygienist to our practice Monday thru Thursday. No weekends, evenings or holidays. We currently work out of two offices (two days in West Seneca and two days in Williamsville) Full time benefits include health insurance, retirement (fully funded by the employers) paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid lunch. Pay commensurate on experience.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and dental cleanings while adhering to aseptic techniques.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist and manage patient comfort during treatments.
Utilize dental software such as Dentrix Ascend for scheduling and record-keeping.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Anesthesia Certification a plus
Proficiency in patient care
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
Experience with aseptic techniques and patient assessment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
