Job Description
Seeking Full-Time Pediatric Dentist to Join Our Established Pediatric Practice!
$20K Signing Bonus plus mentorship, career development and partnership opportunity!
This is an excellent opportunity for an ethical, hard-working, and thoughtful pediatric dentist to join our warm, well-established practice in Wakefield, Rhode Island.
As our incoming dentist, you'll have the unique opportunity to step into an established patient base, taking over from one of our cherished, long-time dentists. With over 5,000 patients and a team of only two dentists, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the practice and making it your own. Working in close collaboration with our experienced owner-dentist, who has been with the practice for over a decade, you'll also gain access to a robust network of dental professionals and like-minded colleagues in our thriving community. This is your chance to grow alongside the practice and leave your mark on its legacy.
Along with the signing bonus, join our team knowing there's the potential for future ownership or shareholder opportunities for the right individual who shares our vision and values. Plus, you'll enjoy a competitive, high-earning salary with a guaranteed minimum daily compensation for one year after joining our team. Additional benefits include paid malpractice insurance, significant access to free and financially supported continuing education, comprehensive health coverage, and retirement and disability benefits. We can sponsor the right candidate.
Our ideal candidate is intently focused on delivering the highest level of patient care, with several years of clinical experience as a strong foundation. They are an excellent communicator who listens to our patients and their parents, ensuring comfort and care is delivered in each and every conversation. We strive to form genuine and meaningful relationships that last, believing that all children are unique and that we appreciate them for who they are.
The ideal candidate should be Board-certified to be able to obtain hospital privileges for use of the OR when necessary. Exceptional candidates who have completed a DDS/DMD or are recent graduates will also be considered under the right circumstances. A license to practice dentistry in the state of Rhode Island, or the ability to obtain the license, is a requirement of the position.
Please note that the $20K signing bonus assumes full-time employment (four or more days per week) for at least two years.
