Job Description
SUMMARY:
As a dentist with Dayspring Health, you will play a key role in providing quality dental care and achieving optimal health for our communities served. You will perform comprehensive dentistry, which emphasizes preventive care through dental education and clinical measures.
You will develop treatment plans appropriate for each patient, and complete treatment plans in a competent, efficient manner. You will be responsible for promoting the mission of Dayspring Health and marketing our services
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
Education: DDS or DMD Degree
Licenses/Certifications: Kentucky Dental License, DEA License, CPR Certification
Computer Skills: Must be competent using electronic dental record. Dentrix experience preferred.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Dentist reports to, is supervised by, and evaluated by the Dental Director.
EVALUATION:
The evaluation of work performance will be on-going, and will be carried out by the supervisor, and will include the specific duties and responsibilities of this position description plus employee attitudes and general working behavior. Formal evaluation will normally be performed annually, but may be initiated at other times by the employee or supervisor.
SALARY:
The salaries for all positions are defined by established base rate plus years of service, experience and possible additional duty assignments. The Dentist position is a salaried position.
