Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, diagnosing and treating oral health issues, and promoting overall dental hygiene. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
Provide treatment for various dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records for all patients using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Dentrix.
Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance patient comfort and streamline procedures.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible care.
Skills
Proficient in general dentistry practices with experience in prosthodontics and endodontics preferred.
Knowledge of electronic health record systems such as Epic and Dentrix is advantageous.
Strong skills in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.
Ability to perform oral surgery procedures when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques is a plus.

Pay: $244,232.00 - $345,600.00 per year
