Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during visits. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
Conduct patient assessments to identify oral health issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the administration of medical imaging procedures as needed.
Maintain infection control protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to support the dentist during procedures.
Document patient information accurately in our systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Collaborate with dental assistants and other staff members to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the practice.

ExperienceCandidates should possess a valid Dental Hygienist license and have experience in general dentistry settings. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus. Previous experience in dental assisting, medical imaging, infection control, and patient assessment will be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care are essential for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
