At St. Cloud Family Dental, we are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who thrives in a collaborative setting and is dedicated to delivering outstanding care. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing top-tier dental services, ensuring every patient feels at ease and receives the highest quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during various procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more. Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
Patient Care: Engage with patients to make them feel comfortable, explain procedures, and provide post-treatment instructions. Assist in managing patient records and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Equipment Management: Operate and maintain dental equipment, including X-ray machines, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition.
Administrative Duties: Perform a range of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

Valid dental assistant license.
New Graduates encouraged to apply.
Proficient in dental procedures, terminology, and use of dental equipment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for putting patients at ease.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
