Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic upscale state of the art dental practice and grow with us. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various dental procedures and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role requires proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and execution of dental procedures while ensuring a comfortable environment for patients. We are seeking someone for Fridays and some Thursdays with opportunity to grow into a more robust schedule.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality care in a team-oriented environment.
Document patient records accurately using Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
Stay current with advancements in dental practices and technologies through continuous education and training.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience or training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and infection control practices is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
