Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and care. We are PPO/FFS.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, and extractions.
Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions in accordance with practice policies.
Educate patients on oral health care practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
GPR/AEGD is preferred and 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
Valid state dental license with no restrictions on practice, DEA, CDS and Malpractice Insurance.
Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical records management.
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
Experience in Molar Endo, Implant Placement is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
Salary - $800/Daily or 30% of Adjusted Production
