Private practice looking for an Associate Dentist to join our growing team and to extend outstanding care to all our patients. This busy and thriving practice is located in beautiful Goodyear, AZ Our office is equipped with the latest technology including 3D imaging, guided implant surgery, same day crowns and digital scanning. Our team puts patient care as top priority, and we strive to create a positive work atmosphere for growth and development for our staff. We value integrity in our work and relationships. Office is owned and operated by a single doctor with no corporate affiliation. Knowledge of ortho, TMD treatment, implant placement, and molar endo are a plus but not required. Pay starts at 30% of adjusted production. Previous and current associates were able to take home $1000-1200/day worked.
We see 50+ patients a day. Will be busy from day one, no "down-time" as we are trying to build a schedule or a patient base.
Dentist can work anywhere from 3-5 days a week. Schedule will be decided at time of hire. New grads OK to apply. Typically associates have done 4 days a week with one day off during the week.
Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose patients' oral health
Provide quality care to patients
Administer local anesthesia to patients as needed
Educate patients on good oral hygiene practices and give postoperative instructions
Perform oral cancer screenings
Prescribe medications as required
Oversee delegated duties of dental assistants

Qualifications

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing office
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
Arizona State license to practice dentistry
CPR certification.
Malpractice insurance (1,000,000/3,000,000)
DEA license
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA, OSHA)
