Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the overall health and comfort of our patients.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Dentrix software.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide high-quality care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in the state.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry principles.
Experience or training in prosthodontics and dental fabrication is preferred.
Proficiency in root canal therapy techniques.
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
