Job Description: The Associate Dentist at CARE Dental Implant Center in Boise, Idaho, will:
Perform all phases of restorative dentistry and related services to the appropriate standards as set forth by the practice.
Build strong rapport with patients and staff to promote the success and growth of the center.
Take a leadership role in the center with an emphasis on driving center profitability and ensuring operational efficiency.
Maintain a patient-centered mindset in all aspects of treatment planning and daily center operations, ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive restorative care, including the placement and restoration of dental implants.
Utilize advanced 3D CAT scan technology and on-site lab services to enhance treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with other dental professionals within the CARE network to stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in dental implantology.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
AEGD or GPR Preferred.
Active state dental license in Idaho or eligibility for licensure.
Proven experience in restorative dentistry with a focus on dental implants.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients and team members.
