Looking for highly skilled dental surgical assistant to assist on complex cases with one of the leading implant prosthodontist in New England at busy multispecialty practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Procedure Management: Anticipate the needs of Doctor during complex dental and surgical procedures, ensuring a seamless workflow and exceptional patient outcomes.
Operatory Leadership: Take full responsibility for the preparation, organization, and maintenance of the operatory, guaranteeing that it operates at the highest standard of efficiency and safety.
Patient Care: Provide compassionate and professional care to patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence before, during, and after procedures.
Surgical Support: Assist in surgical procedures, including implant placements, extractions, and grafting, while maintaining a sterile environment.
Clinical Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of dental anatomy, surgical techniques, and materials to contribute to excellent clinical results.
High-Pressure Performance: Manage multiple priorities and remain composed and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a supportive, respectful, and high-functioning environment.
What Weââ¬â¢re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in surgical dental assisting; certifications such as DAANCE, CDA, or RDA are strongly preferred.
Leadership: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and manage surgical procedures and team dynamics effectively.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in dental surgical instrumentation, technology (CBCT, digital impressions, etc.), and infection control protocols.
Professionalism: An approachable and confident demeanor with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Education: Completion of accredited dental assisting or surgical assistant program; advanced certifications are a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve in real-time.
