Now Hiring: Associate Dentist (New Grads Encouraged!)
Our modern dental practice is looking for a passionate Associate Dentist to join our team. We provide mentorship and coaching to support your growth, while our office is equipped with the latest in dental technology, such as digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex, and digital scanners.
Core Responsibilities:

Complete dental assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Deliver comprehensive dental services to patients
Communicate with patients about oral hygiene and health
Collaborate with our dental team to ensure exceptional patient care
Keep detailed patient records up to date

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active Virginia dental license and DEA
Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills for building patient rapport
