Requirements:

DMD or DDS from accredited dental school.
Valid IA dental license (or in the process of obtaining) that is in good standing.
Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage.
New Grad or Experienced in General Dentistry.

Schedule:
We have flexible full or part-time availability
Mon | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tues | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weds | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Thur | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2 fridays/month
Compensation Package:
Daily guarantee | $800 or 35% of collections (whichever is greater)
