Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensure Pennsylvania Dentist to join our community dental clinic which is funded through a local grant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive oral health services, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment.
Duties
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
Provide preventive care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Collaborate with assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience or interest in specialized areas such as Pediatrics, Prosthodontics, or Endodontics is preferred.
Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Knowledge of dental fabrication processes is a plus.
Experience working in a dental office setting, particularly with Dentrix software, is advantageous.
Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and professionalism.
Malpractice Insurance is required.

Pay: $1,000.00 per day
