We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. Dental Receptionist responsibilities include answering phones, checking-in patients, taking payments, and making out-of-office calls. We are looking for a person who is friendly, personable, and loves working in a fast-paced office environment. Ultimately, you will ensure that our reception area runs smoothly so patients can get the care they need when they need it most.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college degree preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be familiar with general computer functions.
Must have a positive attitude, great work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the Philadelphia, PA area (no overnight travel).
Must be able to work Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm; 8 hour shifts (1 hour per day); occasionally 8 hours per day.
We are open 7 days a week; however, some holidays may be required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
