We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Dentist to join our busy practice and provide top-tier care to our growing patient base. With the help of our highly trained expanded function dental assistants, you'll be able to focus on delivering excellent dental services with efficiency and ease.
Position Overview:You will have the opportunity to work in a high-volume practice with a well-established patient base. Youâll collaborate closely with a team of skilled professionals, including expanded function dental assistants who assist with restorative procedures, giving you the freedom to focus on patient care. The position provides the chance to work with state-of-the-art technology, including CEREC for same-day restorations, digital imaging, and other modern dental tools, allowing you to provide the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of general and restorative dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and more.
Utilize CEREC technology to design and place same-day crowns, inlays, and onlays, enhancing patient experience and reducing treatment time.
Work collaboratively with expanded function dental assistants who are skilled in assisting with a variety of procedures.
Perform thorough patient exams and create individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced environment to ensure patient care is timely and effective.
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license in PA.
Strong clinical skills with experience in restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures.
Familiarity with CEREC or a willingness to learn is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric attitude.
Ability to work well with a team of dental professionals, including expanded function dental assistants.
A commitment to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology.
