All Star Kids Family Dental is excited to announce an opportunity to join our dedicated team as an Associate Dentist. This full-time position is ideal for a passionate individual looking to make a significant impact in pediatric and adult oral health care. We are centrally located and easily accessible in the heart of the local community, providing a perfect setting for a professional eager to enhance the oral health of our patients. Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and develop patient treatment plans.
Provide preventive and restorative dental care for both pediatric and adult patients.
Perform common dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
Guide the dental staff in all clinical aspects including dental hygiene and assistive functions.
Educate patients and their families on best practices in oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress using dental software applications.
Stay informed about advancements in dental technology and practices to offer cutting-edge care to patients.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental awareness and clinic services.
Work collaboratively with front office and administrative personnel to ensure smooth operational procedures.
Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional behavior in all aspects of dental care and patient interaction.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license (or eligible for the same) and malpractice insurance.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a dental practice setting.
Proven ability to handle a diverse patient base including significant experience in adult dentistry, and experience with treating children aged 10 and older.
Skilled in a variety of dental treatment procedures for patients of all ages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
Strong commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills in dental care and technology.
Ability to work in a team environment to maintain the clinicââ¬â¢s high standards of care.
Strong leadership skills necessary to oversee dental staff tasks effectively.
Deliver comprehensive dental care to our growing patient base, focusing on both pediatric and adult care.
