We have an exciting start up office with a great core staff that has grown to needing an assistant office manager.At this time, we are looking for someone with Experience in Office management, highly organized and proactive team member that can help with daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Dental Office. The right candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices to support our manager. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient workspace while supporting the administrative needs of the team. Bilingual a plus, but not required. The posted Salary is a starting point, it will vary with experience and capabilities.
Dental Knowledge is Required. Case Presentation experience is Required and experience in making financial arrangements is Required.
Duties

Help Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Insurance claim handling.
Assist Doctor in administrative tasks.
Help Oversee human resources functions during growth such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee training development. As we grow, we will need additional staff.
Coordinate event planning for company meetings, team-building activities, and other organizational events.
Supervise clinical staff and schedule to ensure effective workflow and productivity within the practice.
Develop and manage budgets for office supplies, events, and other operational expenses.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate collaboration.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Help with internal and external marketing.

Dental Office Management Experience.
Dental Terminology.
Dental Treatment Knowledge.
Marketing knowledge. Internal and External.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Proficient in schedule management to optimize team productivity.
Experience in human resources management is preferred.
Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Knowledge of budgeting processes to manage office expenditures efficiently.
Capable of planning and executing events that align with company culture and objectives.
Administrative expertise with a focus on improving operational processes.
If you are a Scheduling Institute Alum you will be at an advantage.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
