Job Title: Dentist
Location: East Texas
Salary: $800/day minimum or 30% of production (whichever is higher) with stay included
We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Dentist to join our growing team in East TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, while working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat oral health issues such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
Administer anesthetics and other medications as necessary to ensure patient comfort during procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
Use diagnostic tools such as x-rays and CT scans to assess patient oral health
Keep detailed records of patient treatment plans and progress
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses as necessary
Actively participate in mentorship programs to improve and refine clinical skills

Qualifications:

Licensed Dentist in the state of Texas
1+ years of experience in a dental practice setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the latest advancements in dentistry

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes:

A minimum daily rate of $800, or 30% of production (whichever is higher)
Potential to earn $30,000+ per month based on motivation and production
$10,000 sign-on bonus
