Job Description

Our organization is looking to add a goal-oriented, reliable and outgoing Dental Assistant to our team! Ideally someone who enjoys the world of dentistry and values the benefit of working alongside seasoned Providers with years of experience, as well as dentists new to the field, eager to get established. This position is full time, Monday-Friday.
Schedule:

Monday, 8am-5pm
Tuesday, 8am-5pm
Wednesday, 9am-3pm - Every other.
Thursday, 9am-6pm
Friday, 8am-2pm

Qualifications:

MA Dental Assistant License (Current)
OSHA and CPR Certifications
C.D.A. preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Reliable and dependable, with a team-player attitude
Be able to pack cord during crown procedures.
Fabrication of temporary crowns.
Adjusting & trying in a crown during the cementation/insert appointment.
The ability to both receive and give constructive criticism without considering it offensive or insulting. We all have areas for improvement!
Positive demeanor and pleasant disposition.
The ability to 'figure it out!' - whatever 'it' may be in the moment. Or at least try - critical thinking skills are so important, and a proactive approach is so necessary in our field.
Adaptability to a changing schedule.
Ability to keep yourself busy when cancelations occur.
