Childrenââ¬â¢s Dental Group is excited to announce an open position for a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist. This part-time position is an opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals in a supportive, child-friendly environment focused on providing exceptional dental care. Please note that this position is on-site and is not eligible for remote work.

Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct routine dental health checks and provide preventive dental care for children and adolescents.
Diagnose and treat various dental anomalies and diseases specific to pediatric patients.
Create personalized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient.
Perform dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, crowns, and other restorative practices.
Ensure all practices are compliant with the regulatory standards of pediatric dentistry.
Guide dental assistants and other support staff to ensure optimal patient care and efficient service delivery.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their childrenââ¬â¢s dental health, procedures, and preventive guidance.
Maintain accurate and detailed dental records of all patients.
Stay updated with advancements in pediatric dentistry techniques and technology for possible adoption into the practice.
Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school and valid State Dental Board license.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in dentistry, with a strong preference for experience in pediatric dentistry.
Demonstrated ability to handle the unique challenges of managing dental anxiety and behavior in young patients.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex dental concepts to children and adults alike.
Adept in the use of digital dental records and management software.
Proven track record of compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with other health professionals to provide top-notch dental care.
Commitment to ongoing education and training in pediatric dentistry.
Experience with sedation dentistry for children is a plus.
Great Starting pay $800-$1000 daily Minimums
