Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
Clinical Director available to Mentor and Train with surgical procedures, Endodontics, and Invisalign treatment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform various dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuous professional development.
Provide specialized care in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and medical terminology.
Experience in performing dental procedures such as extractions and root canal therapy is preferred.
Familiarity with infection control practices within a dental office setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
Previous experience in pediatrics or pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.
