Job SummaryA self motivated, quality oriented general dentist needed for 2 days per week, to potentially growing to more days and even ownership possibility for a a right candidate who is familiar with the business aspect of dentistry.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education, infection control, and the ability to perform various dental procedures with precision and care.
Compensation will be based on experience and right personality for the position.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, and prophy/ hygiene.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety and health of patients and staff.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Skills

Proficient in infection control practices within a dental clinic setting.
Knowledgeable in endodontics procedures and techniques.
Experience with four-handed dentistry to improve workflow during procedures.
Familiarity with dental terminology for effective communication with patients and staff.
Competence in performing dental extractions safely and effectively.
Strong skills in medical documentation for maintaining patient records accurately.
Experience with practice management software for managing patient information efficiently.
Ability to work as team member

PREFERENCE GIVEN: Spanish speaking female dentist

Pay: $100,000.00 - $217,324.00 per year
