Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to patients while ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health practices.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to accurately diagnose dental issues.
Maintain aseptic techniques during all procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and preventive care.
Keep detailed records of patient treatments using dental terminology and electronic health records systems such as Epic.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental conditions.
Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Familiarity with medical imaging technologies relevant to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
