We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our professional and caring team. If you have a passion for patient care, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work in an upscale, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
ïâ· Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (e.g., cosmetic, restorative,
and general dentistry)
ïâ· Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment rooms, and materials following practice
protocols
ïâ· Take and develop high-quality dental x-rays (both panoramic and intraoral)
ïâ· Provide exceptional chairside support, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency during
procedures
ïâ· Manage patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans and
procedures
ïâ· Educate patients on postoperative care, oral hygiene, and the importance of preventive
dental care
ïâ· Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective scheduling
ïâ· Maintain inventory and ensure proper stocking of clinical supplies
ïâ· Support the practice in delivering an exceptional, high-end patient experience at every
visit
Requirements:
ïâ· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a fast-paced dental office
ïâ· Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA or EFDA) is preferred
ïâ· Proficiency in digital dentistry (experience with Denticon, Dentrix, or similar software is a
plus)
ïâ· Skilled in taking digital x-rays, impressions, and assisting with advanced cosmetic and
restorative procedures
ïâ· Strong understanding of infection control protocols and sterilization standards
ïâ· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care
ïâ· Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, high-performance environment
ïâ· A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in dental care
ïâ· CPR certification (preferred)
