Job OverviewOlney Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental office located in Olney, MD. We are passionate about providing exceptional dental care to children in a warm, friendly, and fun environment. Duties

Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures by providing chairside support.
Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment.
Take dental X-rays.
Engage with children and parents to create a comfortable and positive experience.
Educate kids and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care in a fun and approachable way.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Help create a warm, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment.
Be willing to assist in any area of the practice when necessary and learn new procedures to support the team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited dental assistant program.
X-ray certification (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A love for working with kids and making their dental visits enjoyable.
Energetic and enthusiastic personality to create a positive experience for patients.
