Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our practice in El Centro, California. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to provide high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base.
Extra note: we can also work with flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including diagnostic X-rays, and formulate treatment plans.
Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care to patients.
Perform dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and prosthetics.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments.
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education and training.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid California state dental license.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel between Blythe and El Centro as required.
