Your Role
As our Associate Dentist, youâll play a key role in providing comprehensive dental care while engaging with a diverse patient base and collaborating with our experienced team.
Responsibilities Include:
â Conduct dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for returning patients.
â Perform a variety of general dentistry procedures, including:
â Fillings
â Crowns/bridges
â Simple root canals
â Removable dentures
â Pediatric dentistry (pulpotomy, extractions, fillings, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers)
â Collaborate with the hygiene team to educate patients on the relationship between oral and overall health.
â Work with our in-house senior dentist on oral surgery, periodontal surgery, implants, orthodontics, and TMJ treatments.
â Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
â Stay current with advancements in dentistry and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
â Participate in community involvement and volunteer opportunities.
Qualifications
â Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
â Active state dental license in good standing.
â Strong clinical skills with proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures.
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
â Commitment to exceptional patient care and a willingness to adapt to new techniques and technologies.
â Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Schedule
The position is part time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand.
