Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Restorative Dentistry Associate Dentist to join our private, modern and long established dental practice. The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing high-quality appropriate dental care along with excellent patient service. Mentoring by supportive and caring senior staff in clinical and management skills by will be provided. Fee for service and insurance patients with no HMO or Medi-cal. This is the opportunity you have been seeking, but have not been able to find.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)- Perform dental procedures from simple to complex including cosmetic and implant dentistry for primarily adult patients- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans- Maintain accurate and detailed patient dental records- Utilize Dentrix, Dexis and Medit software for patient management- Assist with Dental documentation, coding, and record-keeping- Participate in daily morning office huddle- Monitor vital signs as needed during procedures
-Contribute to practice growth and development through various means such as internal marketing techniques
-Interact with support staff in a professional manner
-Participate in all aspects of practice management and daily operations through exemplary leadership
Experience- Previous experience in general dentistry is required (3 years plus is preferred)- Proficiency in all aspects of restorative dentistry materials and techniques- Familiarity with Dentrix software is helpful- Working knowledge of dental plan structure and documentation practices
-Leadership role in healthcare environment or in other professional settings would be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
