Position Overview:
We’re searching for a VERY EXPERIENCED Full-Time Dental Assistant who’s ready to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our growing team. At 1 Bethesda Dental Center, you’ll play a vital role in making sure every patient leaves with a brighter smile and a great experience.
What You’ll Do:

Partner with dentists during treatments to ensure seamless procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and set up instruments with precision.
Take accurate and high-quality dental x-rays.
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure instruments are properly sterilized and treatment rooms are spotless.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide a comfortable, caring experience.
Keep track of dental supplies and equipment maintenance.
Follow all safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

What You Need:

2-3 years of dental assistant EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
A warm, people-first approach with outstanding communication skills.
