Relocation/Sign On available for the right candidateWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) looking for a tropical location in Hawaii to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental hygiene practices and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves performing a variety of clinical tasks, educating patients on oral health, and collaborating with the dental team to ensure the highest standards of care.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures with precision.
Utilize Eaglesoft and Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
Assist in four-handed dentistry procedures, ensuring efficiency during treatments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

Valid RDH license in the state of practice.
Proficiency in medical coding and knowledge of anatomy is preferred.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft and Dentrix systems is a plus.
Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Experience in general dentistry practices is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
