Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. As a Dentist, you will utilize your expertise in various dental procedures while adhering to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to endodontics, pediatric dentistry, dental extractions, and restorative treatments.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver optimal patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology.
Proficient in patient care practices with a focus on comfort and safety.
Experience with endodontics and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Ability to perform dental extractions efficiently and effectively.
Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in dentistry.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining patient records and treatment plans.

Pay: $956.91 - $1,045.25 per day
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
