Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM ââ¬â 5:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM ââ¬â 2:30 PM (approximately one Saturday per month)
Compensation:
$200,000 Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive dental exams using diagnostic tools to assess oral health.
Perform treatments such as preventive care, restorations, extractions, bone grafting, endodontics, and cosmetic procedures.
Educate patients on dental hygiene, orthodontic devices, and appliances like retainers and dentures.
Ensure all treatments comply with OSHA standards, infection control protocols, and office policies.
Lead and collaborate with a team of associate dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree; current licensure in good standing.
New graduates are encouraged to apply (mentorship and training available), but preference is given to candidates with experience in extractions, bone grafting, and endodontics.
Certifications: CPR, BLS, and NPI required.
Advanced knowledge of dental standards, public health guidelines, and industry trends is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused bedside manner.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Dentistry.
