**Job Overview:**
Anderson Ferry Dental, a private dental practice in Delhi Township, is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant/Sterilization Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our team in providing high-quality care to our patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where patient well-being is our top priority. We are located on the west side of Cincinnati.
**Duties:**

Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment to sterilize dental instruments.
Disinfect and sanitize dental chairs, countertops, and other surfaces as per the clinic’s infection control protocols.
Prepare and organize instruments for daily procedures.
Assist dentists during procedures utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.
Utilize Eaglesoft for patient scheduling and record-keeping.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic.
Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and answering questions.
Take appropriate and acceptable x-rays as prescribed by dentists if certified

**Requirements:**

Previous experience in a dental setting preferred.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Current Ohio Dental Radiographer Certificate or commitment to obtaining certificate within 6 months

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems.
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques.

Pay: $19.87 - $21.44 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
