Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are big on OHI and really helping each of our patients as individuals. We coach to get rid of inflammation, we love prevention, and we celebrate when our patients are improving and the light bulb clicks for them! We have ultrasonic scalers, a prophy jet & woodpecker (air-polishers), digital x-rays, dentrix, and pano/CBCT. We see our hygienists as producers in the office and do our best to accommodate and treat them as such! Open position is for our second column of hygiene on Tuesday or Thursdays. Single column hygiene. We utilize a modular periodontal treatment therapy, all training for this will be provided. Schedule is one day a week, Tuesday or Thursday, new candidate can decide which day they prefer. Office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm. Single column with hour long appointments. We see kiddos, old folks, and everything in between! You’ll help dentist determine periodontal treatments for gum disease. Must be reliable and ready to work. You will have one other hygienist working their own column of hygiene. Looking for someone who wants to continue to learn/grow. We are fans of CE and learning how we can improve ourselves and our patients. If you have a love for hygiene and great bedside manner, we’d like to meet you!! Must have valid and current RDH license. Pay is BOE, but providers will receive production bonus on top of hourly pay, which brings hourly pay to be over 40/hour.

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
