Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist We are a family-oriented dental office near the Hyde Park Square and we are looking for a compassionate hygienist to join us. We are looking for someone caring and reliable who can build rapport with our established patients and be a great team player. 4 weeks paid time off and paid holidays as well.
Job Types: Part-time & Full-time position available
Pay: $45.00 - $60 per hour based on experience

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8am-5pm)
One Saturday each month (8am-2pm)
Responsibilities:
Building patient rapport
Strong communication and customer service skills with positive attitude essential.
Self-motivated with emphasis on patient health and satisfaction, ensuring positive patient experience.
Patient education regarding periodontal health and home care:
co-diagnose dental issues along with dentist.
Able to communicate effectively with patients, family members, and team members.
Accurate dental charting
Maintain accurate and current dental records.
Perio program open to collaboration based on hygienist comfort level.
Taking digital X-rays (and intra/extra-oral photos when needed)
Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments
Adherence to policies and regulations relating to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA
Keep supplies in operatory stocked.
Team-oriented and flexibility
Willingness to help improve patient experience when opportunity arises.
Coachable and flexible to new technologies and processes.
License/Certification:
Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
Local Anesthesia Certification (Preferred)
