**Job Overview:** Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant and play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dental professionals to ensure efficient operations and superior patient experiences. **Duties:** - Assist dentists during procedures, including general dentistry and pediatric dentistry - Perform infection control procedures to maintain a safe and sterile environment - Utilize 3D scanners for accurate dental impressions - Handle medical documentation accurately and efficiently - Take vital signs of patients to assist in treatment planning - Work with pediatric patients to ensure their comfort and well-being - Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft - Implement aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination **Experience:** - Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice preferred - Proficiency in using 3D scanners and other advanced dental technologies - Knowledge of medical documentation practices in a dental setting - Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus - Familiarity with Dentrix and Eaglesoft software for efficient record keeping - Ability to handle general dentistry procedures with precision **Requirements:** - Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting from an accredited program - Knowledge of infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety - Understanding of aseptic techniques for maintaining cleanliness in the clinic - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
