**Job Overview:**
Assisting the orthodontist during procedures, preparing patients for treatment, and providing oral health instructions:

Preparing and sterilizing equipment
Helping with the application and removal of braces, retainers, and aligners
Taking impressions of patients' teeth
Assisting with the placement of separators or orthodontic bands
Passing and cleaning dental instruments to the orthodontist

As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dental professionals to ensure efficient operations and superior patient experiences. **Duties:* Perform infection control procedures to maintain a safe and sterile environment - Utilize 3D scanners for accurate dental impressions - Handle medical documentation accurately and efficiently - Take vital signs of patients to assist in treatment planning - Work with pediatric patients to ensure their comfort and well-being - Implement aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination **Experience:** - Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice preferred - Proficiency in using 3D scanners and other advanced dental technologies - Knowledge of medical documentation practices in a dental setting - Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus -Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting from an accredited program - Knowledge of infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety - Understanding of aseptic techniques for maintaining cleanliness in the clinic - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
