OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our fast growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and committed to maintaining the highest standards of dental health. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and a strong understanding of dental software, particularly Eaglesoft, to ensure efficient patient management.
Duties

Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Perform a range of dental procedures.
Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment options and educate patients on oral health maintenance.
Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment in the dental office.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software, ensuring all medical terminology and anatomy knowledge is applied correctly.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no restrictions on practice.
Proficiency in Eaglesoft software is preferred, but can train
Strong knowledge of infection control practices and medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
Experience in patient assessment and treatment planning is essential.
