Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team and provide quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing quality work, efficient with their time, and willing to learn.
Pay includes:
Base salary based on experience and a commission based on production
Base salary starts at $750 for Dentists with the least amount of experience, subject to negotiation throughout the hiring process
Duties- Perform dental examinations and provide appropriate treatments- Perform restorative treatments like fillings, root canals, inlays, post and buildup- Conduct prosthodontic treatments such as crowns and dentures- Perform cleanings (Perio maintenance, Scaling/Root Planning, and Prophylaxis)- Educate patients on their treatments and help them navigate their treatment options
Requirements - 2 years experience minimum- Experience with Dentrix or similar software (Eaglesoft, Softdent, etc...)- Strong preference for Spanish speakers- Graduated from Dental School with license to practice Dentistry- Generate reasonable production for the day without compromising on quality- Willing to learn and take direction
