Key responsibilities for this position, include:
Dental Assistant (DAI)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Dental Assistant
Gather patient information and health background
Oversee daily patient care
Ensure proper sterilization and OSHA practices
Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
Prepare the work area for procedures
Take x-rays of patients’ teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
Designation as a DAI
Dental Assistant experience required
X-ray certification required
Current BLS and CPR certification
Excellent understanding of dental procedures
Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
