Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Bakersfield, CASchedule: Monday to Thursday + Friday optional
Pay: $800 to $1000 daily guarantee / 30% production - potential to make $2500 per day- Associate annual Salary range from 200,000 to 400,000 + per year
Sign on Bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental care, including examinations, treatments, and restorative procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure the best possible care.
Collaborate with a supportive and professional team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatments, and preventative care.
Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry and treatment practices.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
