Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive care.
Provide specialized care in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Implement aseptic techniques and infection control measures in accordance with industry standards.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Skills

Proficiency in general dentistry practices with a strong emphasis on patient care.
Experience or training in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Familiarity with maintaining medical records and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Ability to utilize medical imaging technology effectively.
