Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, performing a variety of dental procedures, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to promote oral health and deliver exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Perform various dental procedures including restorative work, extractions, and oral surgery as needed.
Utilize dental fabrication techniques and prosthodontics to create and fit dental appliances.
Employ medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols within the dental clinic.
Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license and ability to pass all necessary background checks.
Experience in patient care within a dental office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques is essential for maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
