Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental procedures and a commitment to patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Manage patient flow within the office to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Skills

Bilingual( English/ Vietnamese)
Proficiency in infection control practices within a dental setting.
Ability to work effectively with patients, demonstrating patience and understanding.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
